While attempting the PG exams, he set the trend of creating MCQ review books based on recalled MCQs. Soon he started forming study groups for discussion on critical topics every day which gradually translated into full pledged coaching programme. The first Live session has yielded phenomenal result. 30 out of the 140 batch of students stood among top 100 ranks in MD Entrance and established his proficiency as a teacher. His PG study at NIMS under the leadership of legendary teacher Professor V.Shantaram has also contributed its bit in the furtherance of his teaching skills. The destiny helped Dr Murali Bharadwaz to be discovered by Dr Neeraj Raj, a gold medallist in MBBS from Osmania Medical College, an entrepreneur, a visionary who opened a Multimedia Studio with recording facility. The duo have instantly synergised to evolve the first version of e-lectures for MD Entrance which were video shot and syncronised with teaching slides in post production. The end result is the birth of e-learning in Medical Education with the first batch of students attending the Video based lectures on LCD projector at e-learning centres across the country from year 2001. | |
By the year 2004, Dr.Murali Bharadwaz established his own firm “Dreamz Learning Innovations Pvt. Ltd.” and forging collaboration with Reliance Communications, hosted the Online content of E-classes for access throughout the country by any individual student from their PC. On facing certain technical glitches in online transmission of data, the concept of bringing accessibility to the E-learning material was further refined into developing the Study centers at feasible locations all over the country for transmission of Offline content of E-learning materials, supported with video conferencing and webinar sessions. In the process, Dr.Murali Bharadwaz entered into alliance with ‘Career Launcher’ and opened many centers across the country but the co-ordination ended up early, leading to development of new business modules basing on the recruitment of reputed local faculty and conducting Live classes at different centers across the country. On an altogether different foray, in the year 2008, Dr.Murali Bharadwaz entered into alliance with the reputed educational consultancy “Medico Abroad” located at Hyderabad to bring into reach the E-learning materials to Indian students pursuing medical education in foreign medical institutions. Taking guidelines from Medico Abroad, he developed an exhaustive and tailor-made content of 850 Hrs. video lectures, 3000 pages of Notes and 15000 MCQs covering the entire MCI syllabus, meant as the preparatory study material for successfully clearing the MCI Screening Test and also being useful as supportive study material for their regular classes at respective universities. He extensively toured China, visiting 14 medical universities, and introduced the concept of E-learning on medical subjects to the Indian students, other foreign students and also the administration of few universities who have shown keen interest to introduce the material in their libraries. The fame of Dr.Murali’s E-classes was spread out to different universities and countries where Indian students were pursuing medical courses, and he acquired many disciples across the globe. Dr.Murali further refined the content to suit the requirements of FMGE, and in the benefit of such students, published the monumental treatise “MCI Screening Test Made Easy” in 3 volumes covering 15 years of question papers from AIIMS, PGI Chandigarh and AIPGEE totaling to 17000+ MCQs organized subject-wise, topic-wise, and pooled into 1200 major topics for study.
