There is one provincial enlisted excellent subject, and five provincial enlisted first-class subjects. It offers eleven majors: Clinical Medical Science, Clinical Medical Science (General Medical Science), Oral Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture and Massage, Medical Imaging Technique, Clinical Cosmetology, Clinical Dietetics, and Medical Tests. There have been 1,833 graduates over three years, and the employment rate is more than 85%. Now, the Faculty of Medical Science is opening a new chapter in medical education and is bringing glory to the development of the college.

There are 4 professors and 5 associate professors in the department. All doctors have obtained master's degree or above, including 1 postdoctoral fellow, 1 postdoctoral fellow, and 6 doctoral degree and doctoral degree. There are 150 beds in the treatment area and 4 specialist outpatient clinics. It is the clinical, teaching and research base for the study of internal medicine in Chinese medicine.

The Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Jilin Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine) was founded in 1958. It has a headquarters, a subsidiary medical clinic, a children's clinic and a pot hospital. The total construction area is 150,000 square meters, and the number of open beds is 1,903. It is the only comprehensive three-level Chinese medicine hospital in Jilin Province that integrates medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, rehabilitation and health care.

In the 60 years since the establishment of the hospital, the hospital has unswervingly implemented the strategy of “Strengthen the People, Strengthening the Quality of the Hospital”, and has been honored with Xinglin. It has been rated as the National TCM Clinical Research Base, the National TCM Heritage Innovation Center, and the National Central and Western Major Difficult Diseases Prevention and Control Center.
