Donetsk National Medical University (DNMU) has a very good hostel system with fully furnished rooms, quite study environment and surrounded with recreation center. The Donetsk National Medical University (DNMU) 9 hostels with the total area of 44512 sq.m for accommodation of 4356 students. All rooms are equipped with bed, mattress, pillow, blanket, desk, chair, heater, water heaters and suitable lighting for both study and relaxation. There are common areas where students can play and mingle. Upon the students arrival on campus, specific accommodations are assigned and after a satisfactory health report the student will be accommodated to the room which is allotted to him.

The students’ campus has 52 academic buildings at different campuses of DNMU equipped with 57 computer classes and libraries, 16 hostels with reading halls and sports rooms, 4 health centers for preventive care, 7 stadiums, sports and health service complexes. The Donetsk National Medical University (DNMU) has active sections in athletics, volleyball, football, basketball, table and grass tennis, chess, swimming, aerobics, fitness, karate and others, which offer a wide range of sporting opportunities. Specialized indoor sports hall No.1 with total area of 755 sq.m for sports studies and games in football, basketball and tennis.The Donetsk National Medical University (DNMU) football, volleyball and basketball teams regularly have competitions with other college and Universities in Donetsk and in Ukraine. Outdoors events include tournaments on different kind of sports take place in summer on the opened stadium. Indoor there are also a sauna and recreational studio.
