Dr. B.N.Reddy hails from Nalgonda District of Andhra Pradesh. He did post graduation in structural Engineering from the U.S.A. He is a famous Architect and Builder, and the founder of the renowned Construction group BNR Developers Pvt. Ltd. He designed and constructed numerous multi storied buildings and flats embedding architecture reflecting the science of Vaasthu, and was instrumental in planning and constructing Janatha flats for weaker sections. | Apart from his professional achievements, Dr. B.N.Reddy is a renowned leader and had active participation in the political field. He was elected thrice to Parliament from Miryalguda Lok Sabha Constituency. He was a Member, Executive Committee, Congress Parliamentary Party (C.P.P.) in the year 1998. He had also been the Member, Consultative Committee, Ministry of Urban Development; Committee on Urban and Rural Development; Member, Committee on Commerce; Committee on Papers Laid on the Table; and Consultative Committee, Ministry of Power. |

| He has his drop of contribution to the literary ocean through his poetry books - “Dews of the Dawn” & “Samanyuni Sandesham”. He is the Author of much valued manuscript on Practical Vaastu and is renowned as ‘Vaastushilpi’. He produced Feature film Pelli Kani Pelli in Telugu, which was awarded the Best Story Award by the Andhra Pradesh State Govt. He is also involved with many social organizations. |

| The multifaceted personality of Vaastushilpi Dr. B.N.Reddy is incomplete without the mention of his significant contribution to the education field. He is the Founder Member of Chaitanya Bharathi Educational Society, and presently the Chairman, which had developed two premier Engineering Institutes, several colleges and schools in Hyderabad, maintaining very high standards of education and discipline. Both the Engineering colleges ‘Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology’ and ‘Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology’ are accredited by NBA-AICTE and stand in the top order among the self-financing institutions of Andhra Pradesh. Specific mention is to be made of his contribution to the growth of CBIT as the 16th ranked in the country, and favored as the best choice for conducting Campus Interviews.
