  Dr. Murali Bharadwaz
Graduated from Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal; Post graduation in MD General Medicine from the prestigious Nizams Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad, Dr.Murali Bharadwaz as a practicing physician at Hyderabad is little known. From his very student days as Medico at Kakatiya Medical College, he discovered his passion for developing study materials for medical students which soon transformed to desire as he progressed with PG studies with the end result of producing what the world knows today as vinukonda nagaraju
DR.MURALI BHARADWAZ the brilliant teacher who transforms the goals of many aspiring Doctors to Achievement and Success.
During graduation itself, Dr.Murali Bharadwaz is credited with a phenomenal treatise of 4000 Original MCQs that act as a study companion to Robbins Pathology. By the turn of 1996, he created a series of 14 MCQ reviews on various subjects including SPM, Microbiology, Biochemistry etc. All of them were published by Paras Medical Books and received wide appreciation from readers across the country.
While attempting the PG exams, he set the trend of creating MCQ review books based on recalled MCQs. Soon he started forming study groups for discussion on critical topics every day which gradually translated into full pledged coaching programme. The first Live session has yielded phenomenal result. 30 out of the 140 batch of students stood among top 100 ranks in MD Entrance and established his proficiency as a teacher. His PG study at NIMS under the leadership of legendary teacher Professor V.Shantaram has also contributed its bit in the furtherance of his teaching skills. Over the years, he has specialized in the art of coaching students preparing for the PG Entrance Exams at All India level as well as State level exams.
The destiny helped Dr Murali Bharadwaz to be discovered by Dr Neeraj Raj, a gold medallist in MBBS from Osmania Medical College, an entrepreneur, a visionary who opened a Multimedia Studio with recording facility. The duo have instantly synergised to evolve the first version of e-lectures for MD Entrance which were video shot and syncronised with teaching slides in post production. The end result is the birth of e-learning in Medical Education with the first batch of students attending the Video based lectures on LCD projector at e-learning centres across the country from year 2001.
By the year 2004, Dr.Murali Bharadwaz established his own firm “Dreamz Learning Innovations Pvt. Ltd.” and forging collaboration with Reliance Communications, hosted the Online content of E-classes for access throughout the country by any individual student from their PC. On facing certain technical glitches in online transmission of data, the concept of bringing accessibility to the E-learning material was further refined into developing the Study centers at feasible locations all over the country for transmission of Offline content of E-learning materials, supported with video conferencing and webinar sessions. In the process, Dr.Murali Bharadwaz entered into alliance with ‘Career Launcher’ and opened many centers across the country but the co-ordination ended up early, leading to development of new business modules basing on the recruitment of reputed local faculty and conducting Live classes at different centers across the country. Dr.Murali Bharadwaz heads and closely monitors the Content development programme and Faculty recruitment and technology innovations, to ensure quality teaching content and success.
On an altogether different foray, in the year 2008, Dr.Murali Bharadwaz entered into alliance with the reputed educational consultancy “Medico Abroad” located at Hyderabad to bring into reach the E-learning materials to Indian students pursuing medical education in foreign medical institutions. Taking guidelines from Medico Abroad, he developed an exhaustive and tailor-made content of 850 Hrs. video lectures, 3000 pages of Notes and 15000 MCQs covering the entire MCI syllabus, meant as the preparatory study material for successfully clearing the MCI Screening Test and also being useful as supportive study material for their regular classes at respective universities. He extensively toured China, visiting 14 medical universities, and introduced the concept of E-learning on medical subjects to the Indian students, other foreign students and also the administration of few universities who have shown keen interest to introduce the material in their libraries. The fame of Dr.Murali’s E-classes was spread out to different universities and countries where Indian students were pursuing medical courses, and he acquired many disciples across the globe. Dr.Murali further refined the content to suit the requirements of FMGE, and in the benefit of such students, published the monumental treatise “MCI Screening Test Made Easy” in 3 volumes covering 15 years of question papers from AIIMS, PGI Chandigarh and AIPGEE totaling to 17000+ MCQs organized subject-wise, topic-wise, and pooled into 1200 major topics for study. It is no exaggeration that many a student following Dr.Murali’s E-content have succeeded in clearing the FMGE in their very first attempt and the knowledge quotient had propelled them to achieve success in their further endeavors.
As his International fame started spreading up, Dr.Murali Bharadwaz is approached by many medical colleges from Asia and African regions on the virtual learning models of medical education for their students. Dr.Murali and his team succeeded in developing customized E-learning materials and viable content delivery modules leveraging the technological frontiers to propagate the virtual learning, a revolution in medical education in the modern era. The ACMS college of Malaysia is one such medical college taking the benefit.
