| A Law graduate with PG Diploma in Mass Communications, Mr.M.A.Khader has a rich blend of experience as the Public Relations Officer and Legal expert, having worked in Private, Central Govt. and State Govt. Organizations, and now practicing as an advocate in most of the Courts of Andhra Pradesh including Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, and various Appellate Tribunals. |

| From the varied jobs and positions held in his career, he gathered excellent knowledge of protocol and public relation activities. While working in M/s Sponge Iron India Ltd., his services were utilized in a Project undertaken with German collaboration and technical know-how, and assisted by International organizations such as United Nations Industrial Development Organization, United Nations Development Programme. He assisted the Representative of UNDP till the completion of the Project. He had also held the portfolio of Public Relations activities relating to foreigners, high officials from New Delhi from the Ministry of Steels & Mines, and handled the publicity work in print media, electronic media, protocol of dignitaries, parliamentary committees, foreigners’ visits etc. |

| He worked as the Public Relations Officer in Andhra Pradesh Electronics Development Corporation Ltd., running under Department of Industries, and was engaged in promotion of Electronic projects in the State of Andhra Pradesh by co-rdinating the key activities such as providing of the technical know-how, lands, loans etc. Further, he was also responsible for publicizing the activities of the Organization through print and electronic media, by conducting press conferences, seminars at national and international levels, participating in the International exhibitions like India International Trade Fair etc. He was also the incharge for launching State govt. programmes in the field of Electronics made to reach the school children at remote places. |

| As an advocate, he filed cases on behalf of his client in High Court of Andhra Pradesh, AP Adminstrative Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal, AP State Commission for Consumer Redressal Forum, Lokayukta, Criminal courts, Civil courts, District Forums, before Secretariat Authorities, Commissioner of Land Records, Banking Ombudsman, Special Courts, Labor Courts, Industrial Tribunals etc. He is also credited with information and briefing to Senior Counsels at Supreme Court, Bombay High Court, Ahmedabad High Court, Bangalore High Court etc. |

| Relating to education field, he represented his client before the Chairman of All India Technical Education for getting sanction of MCA College. Further, on a critical issue of misinterpretation of law by the Medical Council of India barring the pursuit of MBBS course in China, he succeeded in getting favorable orders for the students from the Hon’ble High Court of AP. |
